Jill is the contact for this unique statewide collaborative of 40+ community organizations. Engaging youth in philanthropy (giving & serving in their local communities) is the major focus of this effort. Jill oversees YPII’s role in providing resources and technical assistance to community and other foundations that promote and support youth philanthropy. Jill is the person to contact regarding youth philanthropy materials, training and resources.

Jill brings 15 years of experience in the nonprofit arena, with a strong focus on program and curriculum development, training and evaluation, grant proposal development and management, and general nonprofit management.  Previously she served as the Public and Youth Program Coordinator at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis where she developed and implemented events for diverse community audiences and managed the Museum Apprentice Program, a hands-on, project-based program for teenagers.  With her direct knowledge and experience with the goals and values of youth philanthropy and her passion for the subject, Jill is well-positioned to continue YPII’s reputation as a knowledge leader in the field, and to lead us into the next era of youth philanthropy in Indiana.  Jill became YPII’s Program Director in August 2011.
